Veebit – A fun tool for exploring personal beliefs

TOMATOESCHALLENGE: Design a fun-to-use, social-sharing tool for gathering, exploring and sharing people’s values around issues of politics, governance and sociology.

APPROACH: Work with the CEO to align user-friendly “stories” around the manufacture of tomatoes, blue jeans and gasoline. Then work with a staff psychometrician to design accessible yet powerful psychographic surveys that even 7th-graders will enjoy. Develop a fully-responsive, mobile-first interface that rewards participation with real self-insight – What do I believe? Who else shares my beliefs? What are they like? Create a fun and engaging gestural taxonomy for users to explore these values – and dig into new content targeted at their specific psychographic profile.

RESULT: The prototype app is under development.
